Nowicki has been with Ford Motor Company for 19 years. In his current role as Manager of Advance Program Engineering, he is responsible for all forward model programs for manufacturing engineering. His teams work cross-functionally to drive product and process compatibility and new products through the program milestones.  Nowicki has progressed through numerous leadership positions and is considered a role model for delivering results. Nowicki earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Detroit and a Master in Business degree in Manufacturing from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
