Salazar held various roles in IS and as Operations Director of Operations, Quality & Supply Chain Processes, Information Systems.  Over the 2007 year, Salazar led the development and rollout of the ArvinMeritor Production System (lean manufacturing) in the Americas and Europe. She earned a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from State University of Campinas/SP, Brazil and a Master of Science degree from Central Michigan University.
